Senior Auditor

We are seeking a Supplier Operations Auditor to assess supplier manufacturing operations, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Assess the effectiveness of supplier manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with standards and identify potential risks. Drive suppliers’ process improvements and follow corrective actions. Utilize a deep understanding of production processes, quality control, supply chain logistics, EHS, and related areas. Frequent travel to mainland China is required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field. Professional certification preferred (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFE). 5+ years of audit experience, with at least 3 years focused on electronic products manufacturing or factory environments. Proven experience in conducting audits. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, quality assurance of electronic components, plastic material manufacturing, and related processes. Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000, 45000, Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) standards. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a practical, hands‑on approach. Strong communication skills; ability to push suppliers for further improvement to ensure high quality. Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and leading audit engagements from start to finish. Willingness and ability to travel to mainland China (up to 70‑90%). Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written English required).
