About the Role Assist the Maintenance Team Head in carrying out his/her duties. Propose the Maintenance Team Head any new technology or solutions for streamlining the provision of the Toll Collection Services. Conduct twenty‑four hours monitoring of the functionality of the Free Flow Tolling System (FFTS) every day. Provide preliminary diagnosis and arrange appropriate remedy to minimize service disruptions. Advise on the design and implementation of the custom and commercial‑off‑the‑shelf software, provision of physical infrastructure to support FFTS tolling service and interface to other inter‑provider clearing operations. Assist on the establishment of a technical and business interface with a third party provider of back office services that will provide all customer relation management services and enforcement operations. Organize support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks. Monitor online security for users and networks and take appropriate steps to address security breaches if necessary. Assist on establishment of detailed documentation for various systems. Communicate with various Team Heads/Teams. Shift required. About You Holder of a university degree in computer science, information system, information security or an equivalent discipline. At least four years of relevant post‑qualification full‑time working experience in the information systems security domain, implementing IT security solutions, digital security methodologies and deployments. Certifications attain one or more of the following qualifications: CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker CCSP - Certified Cloud Security Professional What you can get from us On‑the‑job training, learning and development tailored for your needs.
