Gym Receptionist

We are seeking excellent and outgoing individuals to join our team. Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming members & guests with eye contact and genuine smile. Provide quality services to the members and answer daily enquiries. Handle front desk duties, membership registrations, group exercise class bookings, administrative support, and event applications. Provide various fitness services to members such as posture/biomechanics assessment, instructions on equipment, program design, and body composition analysis. Provide support on inventory and retail management. Perform regular checks for the venues and facilities ensuring a clean and superb condition. Perform necessary cleaning duties based on operations. Perform necessary laundry duties for members based on operations. Assist in member events and ad hoc projects when required. Monitor the proper usage of group exercise studio and changing room. Inform management of hazardous situations, emergencies or security threats. Turn in all “lost and found” items as directed, listing the location, date and time it was found. Report any observed damage, unusual happenings and safety concerns. Shift duties between 5:45 am and 11:15 pm. Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably instructed by the Supervisor from time to time.
