Role We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Manufacturing General Manager to oversee our entire manufacturing operations in Bangladesh. This is a critical leadership role with full P&L responsibility, requiring a strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capabilities. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement manufacturing strategies, production plans, and operational budgets to meet company objectives. Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of production, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control, to ensure on‑time and in‑full (OTIF) delivery. P&L Management: Manage the factory's budget, control costs, and drive profitability through efficient resource allocation and waste reduction. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of department managers and staff, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Quality & Compliance: Enforce stringent quality control standards across all production stages. Ensure full compliance with local regulations, international labour standards, and buyer Codes of Conduct. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Textile Manufacturing, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., General Manager, Head of Operations, Factory Manager). Must have proven, extensive experience managing a large‑scale garment factory in Bangladesh. In‑depth knowledge of production, lean manufacturing, quality systems, and industrial engineering. Demonstrated experience in P&L management and driving significant operational improvements. Strong understanding of social compliance (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.) and international labour standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
