The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping businesses find exceptional talent while guiding candidates toward exciting career opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers. Conducting cold calls to identify new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio. Scheduling and attending client meetings to understand hiring needs and build long‑term partnerships. Proactively chasing job leads and vacancies to match candidates with suitable roles. Writing compelling job advertisements and managing applications effectively. Developing deep market knowledge within your desk’s specialization to provide expert advice to clients and candidates. Delivering outstanding service that reflects the Robert Walters brand. What We’re Looking For Driven, proactive, and results-oriented. Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
