Contract Officer – Investment Banking

Contract Officer – Investment Banking (6-month Contract) Support Debt Capital Markets and Corporate Finance advisory teams on preparing marketing materials, internal materials as well as assisting in potential transactions. Conduct industry and company research to support deal origination and execution. Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions. Support due diligence processes and assist in the preparation of transaction documentation. Collaborate with senior bankers and other teams to monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities. Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to develop technical and professional skills. Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings. Work with Bloomberg terminals to prepare bond transaction comparables and market data. Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; having Bloomberg experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including Mandarin and Cantonese, as well as English). Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, and can work independently without significant supervision.
