Analyzing account potential and close deals with potential client in a professional manner Monitor projects progress and service delivery including proposal, prepare contract and quotation, budget, schedule site meeting and report progress to client Achieve the assigned sales budgets, goals and objectives Respond guests’ enquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously in a professional manner, ensure order follow-ups, updates or complaints are handled professionally Collaborate closely with the design team to translate client needs into innovative and functional interior design solutions Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and foster new connections through networking and referrals Qualifications High diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in interior design industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
