Chancery House is assisting one of Hong Kong's most prestigious F&B operators in sourcing a Head Sommelier for a high-end restaurant within a Private Members Club.

As the Head Sommelier, you will oversee all aspects of the venue's wine service. Areas of responsibility include:

  • The delivery of wine service for the venue
  • Assisting guests in making wine selections
  • Managing the sommelier team
  • Ordering and controlling wine stock
  • Managing and updating the wine list and cellar
  • Meeting sales targets and controlling costs

The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience as a Head Sommelier and have relevant wine qualifications.
