The person in this role will build and maintain strong customer relationships, stay abreast of innovative technologies, and contribute to complex projects through the pre-sales process to ensure IT solutions align with business strategy and architecture. The role Technology and business enablement advocate to advise on standard methodologies for applying IT to drive competitive advantage. Provide guidance to customers, driving solution architecture, and ensuring solution strategy is aligned with business strategy. Understand and implement a solution roadmap and select the right infrastructure and technology platform or product based on in-depth knowledge of one technology and broad knowledge of others. Contribute to pre-sales activities and provide input into estimating and planning processes with accuracy and risk awareness. Produce high-quality user documentation (high/low level design documents). Encourage and facilitate idea exchange within a team or project community. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across projects. Job Requirements Proven track record in a Systems Integrator or within a large organization (>2000 users) implementing sophisticated IT solutions in hybrid environments. 5+ years of customer interaction in a consultant, technical delivery, or technical leadership role. Experience on security, AI, and data projects is an added advantage. Advanced knowledge in at least one technology area and good knowledge in at least two others (cloud security, M365 Security & Compliance, information protection, identity management, etc.). Desirable skills include Enterprise Mobility & Security (EM+S), SIEM/SOAR, and related security technologies; ability to support solution implementation or application design deliverables; rapid learning to keep pace with IT industry changes; strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
