Security Compliance and Audit Specialist Compliance Process Implementation Support Assist in maintaining the security compliance document library (e.g., SOP, Process & Procedure), track process execution (e.g., employee security training coverage, vulnerability scan frequency), and regularly produce compliance status reports. Participate in Web3 business security requirement reviews and provide compliance suggestions (e.g., user privacy data handling, data encryption, transaction log retention) to ensure product design complies with regulatory standards. Regulatory Qualifications and Audit Management Support the preparation of materials for certifications like ISO 27001 and SOC II (e.g., process documentation, evidence collection) and assist in responding to third‑party audit inquiries. Conduct daily security audit tasks, including system configuration checks (e.g., server baseline configuration, firewall rules) and log analysis (e.g., SIEM alert handling), identify non‑compliance items, and drive rectifications. Industry Trends and Risk Tracking Collect global Web3 regulatory policies (e.g., US SEC crypto‑asset classification, Singapore MAS guidelines) and produce briefings for team reference. Assist in conducting partner due diligence, verify basic qualifications (e.g., business licenses, compliance licenses), and record risk points. Qualifications Work Experience Over 2 years of experience in information security or compliance, with an understanding of Web3 basics (e.g., blockchain, smart contracts, wallet types). Preference for those with compliance or audit experience in the financial/Internet industry. Preference for those holding certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM. Skill Requirements Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks and requirements in various regions (e.g., Hong Kong VASP, EU MiCA). Soft Skills Proactively identify potential compliance risks based on regulatory trends and industry security developments (e.g., smart contract vulnerabilities, evolving money‑laundering methods) and assist in developing response plans. Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to collaborate across teams to drive problem‑solving.
