They are currently looking for an experienced Lead Data Architect to define and drive our data architecture strategy and roadmap. This role will lead the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable data platforms and solutions that enable advanced analytics and business intelligence across the organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and own the data architecture roadmap , ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy. Provide thought leadership on data governance, data quality, and best practices for enterprise data management. Design & Implementation Architect and design data engineering platforms , including data lakes, warehouses, and integration frameworks. Oversee the implementation of modern data solutions leveraging cloud technologies, big data frameworks, and advanced analytics tools. Execution & Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of data architecture projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Analytics, IT, and Business Units) to ensure seamless integration and adoption. Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Drive capability building within the team to stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related domains. At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role , overseeing teams and complex projects. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of data modeling , ETL processes , and data integration patterns . Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). Familiarity with data governance frameworks , metadata management , and data security best practices .
