We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to act as a dedicated HR Business Partner for their expansive and innovative Technology (IT) Division. This is a crucial role where you will align HR strategies with business objectives, providing expert consultation and support to drive performance, talent development, and employee engagement within a fast‑paced technology environment. You will be the key contact for senior IT stakeholders, influencing people‑related decisions and shaping the future of the workforce. About the Job Act as a strategic HR advisor to the IT division's leadership on all people‑related matters. Deliver a comprehensive spectrum of HR services including performance management, employee retention, succession planning, rewards, and employee relations. Partner with business leaders to drive key HR initiatives, including talent reviews, talent development, and organizational change. Provide sound advice on HR policies and ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment law. Champion a high‑performance culture by facilitating effective communication and engagement strategies across the division. Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends and proactively address challenges. Skills & Experiences Required A university degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline. A minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner. Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into impactful HR strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Experience supporting an IT or technology client group is highly advantageous.
