Quality Assurance Officer & QA Assistant Responsibilities Lead and coordinate testing/quality activities to promote delivery excellence Conduct data collection/analysis and produce various analytical reports relating to dynamic business needs Proactively manage testing and quality tasks with stamina on risk-based thinking Assist in the development of Test Cases and make suggestions on testing scenarios to achieve high quality testing results Candidates with less experience will be considered as QA Assistant Member of our Quality Assurance team in overseeing all quality assurance activities Assist in both internal and external audits Coordinate training activities and perform post-training performance analysis for continuous improvement Revise and maintain controlled documents, including but not limited to forms and procedure manuals Lead and coordinate effective quality assurance activities to promote delivery excellence and sustainable development of the quality management system across Hong Kong and overseas offices Job Requirements Senior Quality Assurance Officer Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines Minimum 5 years of experience in IT profession / Quality Assurance Knowledgeable in SDLC, end-to-end testing and agile methodologies Experience in developing testing plan Experience in ISO standards, risk management or programming (such as Macro, SQL and Java) is a definite advantage Preferred working experience in BSS/OSS systems or software product development A self-starter with good analytical and problem solving skills to manage and organise multiple tasks Good leadership, analytical, inter-personal and problem solving skills Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must Quality Assurance Officer Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Quality Management / Computer Science or related disciplines Minimum 1 year of work experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control as QA Officer / Assistant with fundamental knowledge on ISO standards (such as ISO 9001 and 20000) and risk management. Knowledge in programming (such as Macro, SQL and Java) is a definite advantage A self-starter with great attention to details and critical thinking skills to manage multiple tasks A responsible team player with good inter-personal skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must #J-18808-Ljbffr
