One of the business initiatives undergoing in MTR Lab is the access control business under Urban Access Solutions Company Limited (UAS). UAS runs two major streams of businesses, namely access control solutions installation and maintenance, and Electric Vehicle Charging Business. We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior System Architect to join our dynamic team and help us build the next-generation of product. Join us Responsibilities Collaborate with the product team to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions; Ensure the entire stack is designed and built for speed, security and scalability; Design and develop APIs and system architecture Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; Review and debug code, perform validation and verification testing Collaborate with hardware, frontend and backend tech teams to ensure seamless integration; Offer mentorship and provide technical leadership to junior developers Embrace and promote best practices in order to create maintainable, high-performing software; Stay updated with emerging technologies and introduce them into the infrastructure as deemed fit Diagnose and troubleshoot complex application issues, improve application performance and security Other ad hoc duties as assigned Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline; 3+ years of experience in full stack development Technical Skills Experience with specific backend technologies, e.g. ASP.NETCore, Node.js, Django; Solid understanding of SQL and databases, e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server; Familiarity with cloud platforms, e.g. Azure, AWS; Knowledge of containerization and IaaS technologies like Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes; Knowledge of hardware, IoT technology is a plus; Experience with CI/CD pipelines Preferred Skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers; Familiarity with Agile methodologies Applications If you are interested in this position, please email your CV together with your current and expected monthly salary via “Apply Now” on or before 1 December 2025.
