Finance Operations Associate

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes. Responsibilities Assist in transferring of funds across various accounts Coordinate finance operations with internal and external parties Cross check transactions record assuring data integrity Execute the handling process as specified consistently Manage the account transitioning process to completion Monitor and maintain accounts to the appropriate levels Stay updated with the latest changes in products, processes and knowledge base Identify and differentiate the vast amount of crypto assets in the fast-changing market Investigate and resolve transactions involving internal and external parties Cross-check card product’s transactions and benefits Communicate and guide internal teams concisely to achieve the desired result Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent (Fresh Graduate welcome) Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated, able to multitask and able to work under pressure The habit of paying painstaking attention to details, correct data and following procedures meticulously Proficient in Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Table) Prior experience in digital assets is a plus Immediate availability preferred Work Hours Wednesday to Sunday 9am to 6pm HKT (Monday and Tuesday Off) #LI-Hybrid #LI-CW1 #LI-Associate Life @ Crypto.com Empowered to think big.
