Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our HK-based team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in network architecture, SD‑WAN technologies, and enterprise-level network operations. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable network solutions across our global infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage SD‑WAN solutions to optimize network performance and reliability. Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless connectivity across data centers, cloud platforms, and branch offices. Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime. Implement network security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Lead network-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new deployments. Document network configurations, procedures, and policies. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in network engineering roles. Proven hands‑on experience with SD‑WAN technologies (e.g., Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, VMware VeloCloud, or similar). Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching, and firewall configurations. Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Relevant certifications such as CCNP, NSE, or equivalent are highly desirable. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting). Familiarity with ITIL processes and network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG). Knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and SASE frameworks.
