Responsibilities Prepare detailed development plans, budgets and timelines for new and potential projects. Monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure developments are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with internal divisions and consultants to develop a project brief and schematic design; monitor and provide critical feedback on submissions from consultants to ensure achievement of project objectives. Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Oversee the development process from inception to completion, reporting progress to senior management, and ensuring that the project complies with both statutory and non-statutory requirements. Requirements A degree in Architectural Studies or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of substantial experience in project management, preferably with property developers in the real estate industry or in a similar role. Proficiency in planning, design, construction, project management, and knowledge of building regulations in Hong Kong. Holder of HKIA full membership or an equivalent qualification. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex development projects from start to finish. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Thorough understanding of the regulatory and legal environment within the real estate and property development industry.
