Community Partnership Manager – 2‑Year Contract 2‑year contract, full‑time, 5 days a week. About Time Auction Time Auction advocates volunteerism in Hong Kong by (1) matching skilled volunteers with NGOs through our tech platform, and (2) encouraging volunteering through meaningful rewards, and (3) working with a wide range of corporate and school partners to encourage their communities to volunteer. Since launch, we’ve connected more than 38,000 volunteers to close to 1,000 NGOs on projects ranging from design and marketing, while running cross‑company initiatives such as Inter-Company Volunteer Week and other impact partnerships that mobilise employees at scale. We also co-created Co’asis with the D.H. Chen Foundation: a peer‑powered community where NGOs learn together, and build practical connections across the sector. About the Role You’ll activate, build and strengthen relationships with NGO partners and corporate partners. Think community builder + account manager + events lead: you’ll understand NGO needs, connect them to pro‑bono talent/resources, design and host gatherings, and steward corporate activations that turn intent into participation. Responsibilities Represent Time Auction to NGOs and corporates; grow and manage a portfolio of partners. Support NGOs: onboard through group briefings and 1:1 conversations that clarify goals, challenges and needed support; scope and publish quality volunteer projects; connect NGOs to relevant pro‑bono resources. Support corporate partners: reach out and activate partnerships for year‑round volunteer programs and Inter‑Company Series campaigns (e.g. Inter‑Company Volunteer Week); account‑manage selected corporates: shape volunteering line‑ups, coordinate bookings, and report outcomes; plan and deliver events (briefings, #PeerLearning, roundtables, appreciation events) that nurture trust and participation across NGOs and corporate teams. Support communications and coordinate with marketing on volunteer recruitment or campaign pushes. Track activity and impact data; turn insights into practical follow‑ups and improvements. Assist leadership with occasional ad‑hoc tasks linked to partnerships, campaigns, or reporting. Requirements 8–10+ years’ experience across community/partnerships, account management, CSR/HR engagement, or events; nonprofit or coworking/community management experience a plus. Confident public speaker and natural networker; comfortable hosting rooms from 10–150 people. Strong project/event management; calm under pressure and detail‑sound from run‑down to post‑event wrap. Clear, warm communicator in Chinese and English (written & verbal). Data‑aware and organized: turn activity into learnings and next actions; have great attention to detail.
