HR & Recruitment Officer | 4+ Years | Law Firm | HKG About the job HR & Recruitment Officer | 4+ Years | Law Firm | HKG We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual HR & Recruitment Officer to join a fast-growing leadinglaw firm in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and English, with Cantonese language skills considered a strong advantage. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support talent acquisition and HR operations within a high-performing team. WHAT Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent. Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee engagement, and policy implementation. Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency. Liaise with external agencies and job platforms to optimize talent pipelines. YOU 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within a law firm or reputable professional services firm. Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential; Cantonese proficiency is a plus. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR processes. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
