The Office Ambassador plays a pivotal role in maintaining service excellence across reception, hospitality, and event‑related areas while ensuring compliance with Company standards. Key Responsibilities Guest Reception & Front Office Services Greet and welcome all employees, clients, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy. Manage front desk operations including answering and routing calls, handling visitor enquiries, and ensuring service delivery meets hospitality protocols. Operate the visitor pre‑registration system, coordinate access with security teams, and manage temporary card issuance. Maintain a polished, organised, and client‑ready reception area at all times. Provide information and guidance about the building, facilities, and services, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. Support meeting room management, including booking, room readiness checks, and coordinating same‑day requests. Client and Guest Experience Act as the first point of contact for clients and guests during VIP visits and high‑profile meetings or events. Anticipate client and guest needs, offering services such as assistance with logistics, coat checks, or luggage checks. Guide visitors through protocols and uphold the highest standards of etiquette and discretion. Liaise with internal departments to accommodate guest preferences, dietary requests, or special services. Support concierge‑style services including taxi bookings, courier coordination, restaurant suggestions, and local guidance. Pantry Operations & Event Support Liaise with Building Management on maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in all pantry and beverage service areas, ensuring food safety compliance. Support F&B service during meetings, internal events, and conferences, in collaboration with the Hospitality and Event teams. Report equipment issues and/or liaise with Building Management on maintenance needs to supervisors for prompt resolution. Event Coordination & Execution Coordinate with the Hospitality and Events team to prepare and support corporate events, including setup, guest handling, and service delivery. Provide end‑to‑end support for internal functions—from pre‑event preparation to on‑site assistance and post‑event feedback. Ensure event spaces are well‑prepared, aesthetically arranged, and aligned with branding and quality expectations. Maintain detailed records of visitor logs, office and meeting rooms checks, incident reports, and other documentation as required. Actively participate in safety, grooming, and service training programs. Encourage sustainable practices in service delivery and workplace management. Work Hours Full‑Time: Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day (including meal break) within Office hour. Key Competencies & Skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Customer‑focused with a proactive service mindset Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety Familiarity with MS Office, visitor systems, and booking tools Collaborative and flexible team player Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent 2–3 years of experience in a corporate hospitality, reception, or guest services role Exposure to food service environments or pantry operations Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) and English Able to work independently Diploma or certification in Hospitality or Front Office Management Familiarity with event support, food safety protocols, or concierge services Experience in multinational or client‑facing environments.
