Engineer - Stationed in Dongguan/Mexico

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineer to support production operations in our metal factory. The role involves optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and ensuring equipment efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment. Possibility of long‑term business trips to Mexico and Dongguan. Responsibilities Design, implement, and improve metal fabrication processes (e.g., welding, machining, stamping). Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, proposing effective technical solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including maintenance, quality control, and operations. Analyze production data to identify areas for cost reduction and performance improvement. Support new product development and prototype testing. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards. Requirements Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in a metalworking or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with CAD software and production planning tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
