With an expanding footprint across Asia, they are now inviting a Head of Business Development & Partnership with a strong network in the United Arab Emirates to join their Hong Kong team. About The Role Reporting directly to the Club General Manager, you will forge and nurture profound, trust-based relationships with the region's most illustrious institutions, royal offices, eminent family enterprises, luxury maisons and visionary lifestyle brands across the Middle East. Your role is to identify and secure partnerships of true distinction—collaborations that elevate the club's cultural authority and enrich the lives of our members in ways that are both intimate and unforgettable. Working closely with the marketing, partnerships, operations, food and beverage, and admissions team, you will create and plan an annual calendar of events and immersive experiences at the club for the members in flawless precision. Lastly, you will steward budgets, timelines, logistics for the events and achieve revenue targets. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and the orchestration of ultra-luxury events, underpinned by an impeccable, personally cultivated network across the GCC's most influential circles. Demonstrated history of consistently surpassing ambitious revenue and partnership targets within the realm of five-star or private-membership luxury hospitality, travel, entertainment, and food and beverage industries. A profound and genuine passion for forging deep, enduring relationships with the world's most discerning clientele, treating every interaction as the beginning of a lifelong bond rather than a mere transaction. Absolute fluency in English, Arabic, and Chinese, enabling seamless, nuanced communication with our esteemed members and partners across continents.
