Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging training programs on digital platforms, IT systems, and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint). Develop user‑centric training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and e-learning modules. Conduct digital skills assessments and tailor training to meet diverse user needs across departments. Support the rollout of new technologies by providing onboarding sessions and post‑implementation support. Act as a digital champion, promoting best practices and encouraging innovation in day‑to‑day operations. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, and business units to align training with strategic goals. Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and performance data. Candidate with Digital Engagement experience is a big plus. Proven experience in IT training or digital engagement roles, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment. Strong knowledge of enterprise software and collaboration tools. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences. Experience with instructional design and e‑learning platforms is a plus.
