Job Description Company Overview Established garment manufacturer with over 50 years of industry history Specializes in woven shirt garments for international markets Main export markets: United States and Europe Production facilities located in China and Cambodia Recognized for quality, reliability, and strong international customer base Provides employees with a stable career path and long‑term job security Role Summary Report directly to the Director Individual contributor role Work independently to strengthen relationships with existing customers Develop new potential customers to drive business growth Supported by merchandising team Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence in Europe and the United States Utilize established industry networks to identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision‑makers, and secure profitable deals Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to long‑term business growth Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer preferences Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies Monitor performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management Ideal Candidates Minimum 15 years of garment industry experience, of which at least 5 years in woven shirt sales or merchandising for the US or European market Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong network of industry contacts in target regions Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and motivating a sales team In‑depth knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in US and Europe Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Excellent organizational and time management skills Compensation & Benefits Salary range: HKD 30,000 - 40,000 per month plus commission Commission based on sales turnover generated from new customers recruited 5 days work week 12 days annual leave plus birthday leave Group medical and dental insurance Work-life balance and supportive culture Stable career path and job security in this garment manufacturer with 50 years of industry history TO APPLY Please attach your CV with salary expected to JPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990.
