Supporting the project planning and scheduling process, including the development and maintenance of project timelines and milestones

Assisting with resource allocation and ensuring team members have the tools and information needed to perform effectively

Monitoring project progress against defined objectives and reporting status updates to senior project management staff

Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and project records

Liaising between project stakeholders, team members and clients to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues

Supporting the identification and management of project risks and working to develop mitigation strategies

Assisting with budget tracking and cost management activities under supervision

Participating in project meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of project processes and procedures

What we're looking for

A relevant qualification or certification in project management, such as Agile, PMP, or equivalent qualification

Proven experience with HRIS implementation experience will be an advantage.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders

Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms

A solid understanding of project management methodologies, including both waterfall and agile approaches

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support senior project managers

Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology principles and project environments is highly desirable

Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
