Warehouse System and Operation Specialist Join to apply for the Warehouse System and Operation Specialist role at Procter & Gamble 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Description First-Level Support and Troubleshooting: Provide first level of technical and functional support and troubleshooting to end-users System Implementation and Customization: Support UAT (User Acceptance Test) and validate system functionalities before and after go-lives, conduct functional tests and ensure correct technical implementation of system requests and improvements Project Support: Work with Global or Regional Project or IT Team, collaborate with Operation Team, and represent end-users community as key person to translate operation needs into system solutions End-User Training: Create job aids and conduct trainings to end-users On-going Maintenance: Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of operation processes and execution Documentation: Help develop and document validation, change management and corrective / preventative action based on operation requirements Nonconformity Identification: Learn to identify, document, and track system and operation issues with the aim to supporting development of resolution Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshop to improve skills and knowledge to support operation Job Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, any major At least 1 year experience with SAP system is a must Proficient in MS Office is a must Experience in quality management, supply chain, or warehouse operations will be plus Language proficiency: English, Cantonese, Mandarin Big affinity with software systems and process handling Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn, strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Procter & Gamble by 2x Get notified about new Warehouse Specialist jobs in Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR . #J-18808-Ljbffr
