Key Job Responsibilities Support all online brand promotion activities to enhance brand awareness and thus the revenue of the business Manage both Paid and Organic Social Calendar to work on social media posting and advertising execution Work closely with internal Product and Business Team to drive new product launch, brand relationship and other digital communications Support graphic and video works or other online interactive visuals including but not limited to photo / video shooting and editing to support digital marketing, social media platforms activities Monitor traffic and marketing KPI across different social channels including but not limited to Social Ad Platform, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Reddit, in close collaboration with Business team Conduct regular ad hoc market search and analysis to keep up with latest market trend, customer behaviour and competitor activities. Perform other duties as assigned by Management Desired Skills and Experience Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines Minimum 1-2 years or above working experience in eCommerce, preferably in beauty industry Basic knowledge in Adobe CS, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or other graphic design/video editing tools Experience in Korean branded beauty products will be an advantage Solid experience in online digital marketing will be an advantage, preferably in social media Strong analytical skills to drive marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendations Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Digital Marketing Executive Benefits We offer friendly team environment, good career prospects, and an attractive remuneration package, together with other benefits like five-day work week, flexible working hour, double pay, medical and dental insurance.
