Job Descriptions Give technical advice and suggest the right products to meet customers’ needs. Handle the full sales process, including tender and material submissions, design approval, factory tests (FAT), site installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. Make sure products are delivered on time and sales are completed smoothly. Work closely with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project requirements. Support the team by sharing ideas, knowledge, and working together to reach goals. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. Technical Support experience with the ability to explain technical concepts in an accessible manner. Proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven in resolving challenges. Relevant technical or engineering degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Familiarity with the electrical industry and local market is an asset.
