Telemarketing Manager Post Date : 2025 / 12 / 05 Expiry Date : Nil Location : Job Type : Permenant About the role Reporting to the Director, Direct Sales Channel, you will lead a team of Telemarketers to acquire new customers, perform promotion and marketing programs, also to provide account services to existing customers for meeting the business KPI target and company objectives. Responsibilities : Lead and manage the telemarketing team to achieve Lead generation target and other business KPIs and SLA, through performing outbound calls and other direct marketing activities. Develop and manage lead sources for the company, leverage different kinds of business platforms, social media, e-commerce channels for leads generation and new customer acquisition Collaborate with Marketing team, develop and execute marketing and promotion programs, closely monitor the business progress and result Collaborate with different functions to ensure effective onboarding process for all new customers Analyze business and sales leads data and develop business enhancement plan Lead the team to provide account services for a group of long tail customers, and identify potential customers with growth opportunities Develop effective sales process to improve Lead generation and conversion result, and team operation Plan and organize business tasks and call list to team, and provide coaching to staff and enhance their job skills Monitor team and individual performance and ensure meeting target, Using CRM system and call system, to review and monitor team's working behavior, to ensure service quality, and all business activities are conducted as company guidelines and compliance. Lead and participate in country projects, and regional sales programs as assigned Provide business and performance report to Management in regular basis What we're looking for University Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / E-commerce / Logistics 5 years management experience, and prefer working in multinational company or Logistics industries 2 years' experience in sales or frontline functions Knowledgeable with B2B business context Strong in data analytics, project management Process excellence, and service-oriented mindset People management skills (leading a team of 8-10 Lead Qualifiers) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Excellent communication skills and presentation skills Experience for campaign management #J-18808-Ljbffr
