Bank Analyst Lending Ops (12 months contract, 18k, extendable) Add expected salary to your profile for insights The role is to support Card Operations, Onboarding and Servicing , responsible for the day-to-day operation, from onboarding to day-to-day account maintenance. Responsibilities Perform general Card and Credit operation supports in the e2e customer journey of deposit & credit account opening, debit & credit card account servicing and work out the scenarios which require human support, including but not limited to CDD and KYC review on individual customers for onboarding, credit application review, credit data maintenance, transaction posting, transaction disputes, settlement and reconciliations with Card Associations. Ensure the task is adhered to agreed SLA. Ensure good controls to responsible area. Timely escalation to team leader in case of any irregularity is identified. Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the team manager for business’s needs. Required Skills Degree holder is preferred but not a must. Fresh Graduate is also welcome. At least 2-year experiences in the banking industry with exposure in operations team will be an advantage. Knowledge on credit application is preferable. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct. Able to cope with the fast‑changing work environment and ad hoc requests. Attention to details and strong problem‑solving skills. Willing to work overtime in weekdays and weekends/public holidays (OT allowance is provided). Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently. Good communication skills, good in spoken English and Chinese. Ability to work with diverse cultures.
