Lead and manage the regional legal function, offering strategic counsel to senior leadership Draft and review contracts that comply with local laws across APAC Developing standardized templates can help streamline operations and ensure consistency in contractual agreements across different regions Advice on a wide range of legal issues, from employment law to intellectual property rights, is essential for risk management and compliance Provide legal advice and support for M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiation Selecting and managing relationships with external legal providers is crucial for handling specialized legal issues like intellectual property and litigation Staying abreast of changes in laws and regulations is essential for providing timely and relevant legal advice and training What does a successful candidate look like?
