Hong Kong Market, established in 2013, is responsible for the renovation, operation, and management of fresh markets. Through an advanced management model, we aim to improve the overall environment and quality of the markets, constituting a more convenient and comfortable shopping environment for residents. This initiative marks a new chapter in Hong Kong's fresh market culture. We currently operate 36 fresh markets scattered throughout Hong Kong. Each market under the Group presents innovative and thematic design. The provision of sound ancillary measures, including the adoption of open design to create a barrier‑free environment and the installation of air‑conditioning, offers a cozy and spacious shopping environment to the customers. In addition, Hong Kong Market keeps pace with the times and is inline with the changing consumption pattern of the society. It introduces various kinds of modernised and pioneering services, i.e. First Market DJ Program, E‑Membership and Digital Payments, creating new “Intelligent Markets” for the new generation. In future, Hong Kong Market will continue its excellent quality in management and operation, providing different market experience to the customers. Responsibilities Offer comprehensive support to the marketing team in digital marketing efforts, oversee social media platforms, coordinate integrated marketing initiatives. Create and execute in‑mall campaigns and seasonal programs/events with strategic plans aimed at increasing traffic and sales. Provide assistance in managing projects and events, developing communication materials, public relations programs, and more. Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders and tenants to ensure activities are of the highest quality. Identify and implement joint promotions and partnerships with external parties. Track expenses according to the assigned budget. Support ad‑hoc projects assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or business‑related disciplines. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferably gained in Retail, FMCG or F&B industry. Creative, work independently, responsible, organized and good team player. Collaborate with cross‑team and multi‑level tenants independently. Background in digital content management, strong problem‑solving and data analysis skills.
