For more information, please visit Responsibilities To record daily collections; To arrange and dispatch receipts to service units upon request; To issue receipts and receipt summary; To distribute and/ or mail out cheques to service units and suppliers; To issue payment advices to suppliers; To maintain filing system for journal vouchers, payment vouchers and receipts; To provide basic bookkeeping of units’ accounts; To deliver cheques and bank documents to authorized signatories, if required; To perform outdoor activities such as delivering documents to banks, if required; and To provide administrative support to Finance Department. Requirements Form 5 / DSE or above with LCCI Elementary in Accounting; At least 2 years’ relevant working experience; Experience in MS office applications; Ability to work independently and under pressure. In 1958, Dr. Liu started a practical form of group psycho-therapy for patients in the hospital.
