Our client The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Receptionist (Moon Koon) to join their team Join one of Hong Kong's largest and most diverse catering operations as a Receptionist at the prestigious Moon Koon Restaurant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, providing exceptional service to members and guests in a luxurious setting. What you'll be doing? Manage reservations: Answer phone calls, handle bookings, and confirm daily reservations with members, ensuring a smooth dining experience. Optimize seating: Allocate tables efficiently using Table Management System software, considering members' preferences and the restaurant's layout. Maintain member records: Assist management in keeping accurate and up-to-date member information in the MBCUS system. Welcome guests: Greet members and their guests warmly, escorting them to their assigned tables with a professional demeanor. Menu management: Oversee menu-related tasks, including printing and maintaining cleanliness of menus. Uphold standards: Maintain a high level of personal grooming and a friendly demeanor at all times, contributing to the restaurant's prestigious atmosphere. Who are they looking for? Customer service expertise: 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Bilingual proficiency: Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, essential for interacting with a diverse clientele and ensuring clear communication.
