Role Overview Lead production planning and control operations at our manufacturing plants. This role is critical to ensuring optimal resource allocation, production efficiency, and timely delivery of finished goods to our customers. Report to Production Planning & Control Director Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule and Resource Planning (Manpower) across multiple production lines, including Molding, Bonding, SMT, AISS, Automation, and Casing. Proactively refine production plans to maximize capacity utilization and output. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods and effective material management. Drive performance against company KPIs such as inventory turnover, revenue achievement, and excess control. Collaborate closely with the PMC team in China to align planning and control strategies. Demonstrate independence, analytical thinking, self-motivation, and strong interpersonal skills in daily operations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional coordination and production optimization. Ideal Candidate Tertiary education 10+ years PMC experience 3+ years managerial level 1+ years in electronic manufacturers is a big plus Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin Strong knowledge of ERP/MRPII/MES applications; familiarity with SAP preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
