You have solid experience in luxury retail ideally with experience in luxury watch industry. You have good interpersonal skills with collaborative ability to drive different stakeholders. You are able to leverage qualitative and quantitative data (financial, operations, sales etc) to ensure forecast accuracy. You build trusting and sustainable relationships across the value chain. You are proficient in English and Chinese. What are we expecting from you? Reporting to Associate Marketing Director, Hong Kong & Macau, you will be responsible for: Plan and execute 360 action plan, evaluate post-event & campaign impacts with key findings. Monitor sales target and conduct regular sales analysis from different perspectives with insights and actions if needed. Prepare yearly novelty forecast taking into consideration maison direction and commercial teams’ feedback. Collaborate with local and regional teams to make sure good support for novelty launches and campaigns. Foster close working partnership with Boutiques, Training, Communication & Operations teams to maximize maison timepieces exposure, awareness and sales potential in the market. Transmit product expertise and cultivate watch community in the boutiques. Understand timepiece key players landscape and identify opportunities & challenges to the maison. More than a role….
