We are seeking an analytical and detail‑oriented Assistant Quality Assurance Manager to join our high‑performing QA team. What You’ll Do Ensuring that both raw materials and finished products maintain the highest standards of quality. Supervising and managing work allocation of the team members to ensure that the resources are well spent. Responsible for overseeing QA training programs and handling customer feedback and complaints. Engaging in Quality Management System Implementation. Reviewing process of GMP documents, sampling, and testing of various materials. Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree preferred. Familiar with PIC/s GMP Standard . A PIC/s GMP background would be good, but it is not compulsory. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role in the pharmaceutical industry, factory / MNC, having supervisory experience would be a definite advantage. Strong knowledge of QA processes, customer feedback handling, and complaint investigation. Proficiency in occupational health and safety regulations and accreditation standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and other relevant software. Experienced Senior QA Officers and non‑Chinese speakers are also welcome to apply. Pharm exp is not a must.
