Design and produce visually compelling digital content for web/mobile platforms—including graphics, images and basic motion assets—that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audiences. Work collaboratively with the Product team / Marketing team to deliver cohesive, high-performing creatives for digital paid media channels. Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our digital content. Optimize designs for digital products, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. Partner closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, contribute creative direction, and ensure design solutions meet business objectives. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with a strong attention to detail. Support your team in developing standout concepts aimed at achieving performance goals. Requirements 6+ years of experience in graphic / multimedia design for web/mobile platforms, preferably within an agency or high-growth company. Hands-on After Effects skills to craft impactful animations and motion graphics. Demonstrated experience as a Graphic / Multimedia designer, supported by a strong, diverse portfolio. Applications without a portfolio submitted will not be considered.) Performance-driven mindset, with a history of designing for performance ads. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant digital design tools. Solid grasp of core design principles, color theory, typography and their impact on digital products. Proven track record in creating content for web and diverse social media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Instagram). Up-to-date with design trends and passionate about pushing boundaries in digital content. Nice to Have Education background in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field. Familiarity with 2D/3D motion graphics. Experience or curiosity for AI visual tools. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Team player attitude, open to feedback and committed to continuous learning. Cantonese/English/Mandarin required to coordinate with global partners and stakeholders. Knowledge or experience in financial or blockchain products is a strong plus.
