Job Summary As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on our skincare products. Your goal is to enhance the beauty experience for customers while driving sales. Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations. Stay updated on beauty trends, our brands product knowledge, and promotions. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and display areas. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store goals. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Assist in daily operation duties. Participate in training and development programs. Qualifications Previous experience in retail or beauty industry preferred.
