Associate Director, Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Lead and execute ECM transactions, including IPOs, M&A advisory and secondary market fund raising activities Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on all aspects of ECM transactions Manage and coordinate the end-to-end transaction process, from deal origination to execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. legal, compliance, operations) to ensure successful transaction delivery Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive the growth of the ECM franchise Connect with senior bankers and other departments in identifying and pitching to potential clients Identify and understand clients' needs in order to explore new business opportunities To perform ad hoc projects as required Requirements 8+ years of relevant experience in Equity Capital Markets, ideally gained at securities firm Strong track record of executing complex ECM transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings and private placements In-depth understanding of capital markets regulations, transaction structures and market practices Excellent financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills Strong understanding of U.S. equity capital markets, regulations, and transaction structures is highly preferred Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and client-centric approach Application Questions Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
