Responsibilities Handle C&B functions covering payroll, staff benefits and taxation related matters in a timely and accurate manner and adhere to compliance with regulations requirements. Monitor C&B operations including payroll checking, approval and insurance renewal with overseas office and work closely with overseas teams. Support in C&B projects including but not limited to salary and bonus review, benefit administration and annual audit exercise etc. Liaise with global payroll service vendor, insurance broker and insurers to maintain smooth operation and monitor their service. Prepare management reports and relevant analysis for management review. Participate in any ad hoc projects whenever necessary. Job Requirement University degree in Human Resources Management or other business disciplines. 6 - 8 years’ relevant experience gained in financial industry, Workday experience is an advantage. Detailed-minded, good organization skills and multi-tasked. Be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-pace and result-oriented environment. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
