Our client, a premier developer of large-scale residential complexes, is seeking an experienced Clubhouse General Manager to oversee the operations of their well established clubhouse facility. This pivotal role involves driving revenue, fostering resident satisfaction, and leading a multidisciplinary team in a vibrant, high-end environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall P&L for the clubhouse, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization to achieve financial targets. Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, including Sports (e.g., gym, tennis, swimming), Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets, Recreational facilities (e.g., spa, events, kids' zones), Procurement, Human Resources (HR), and Maintenance. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, staff training, and performance evaluations. Enhance resident experience through innovative programming, events, and services that promote community building and loyalty. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards, while implementing best practices for sustainability and efficiency. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for facility enhancements, vendor partnerships, and long-term growth. Streamline sourcing processes, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships to optimize costs and quality. Manage recruitment, employee relations, and talent development to build a motivated workforce. Qualifications and Experience: Experience gained from F&B or Hospitality industry. Education in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in hospitality, club management, or residential complex operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in P&L management, with strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting for multi-departmental operations. Expertise in managing diverse teams across F&B, sports/recreation, procurement, and HR functions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with luxury residential or clubhouse environments is highly desirable. Proficiency in relevant software/tools (e.g., POS systems, HRIS, procurement platforms).
