Job Description


• Oversee the design and implementation of application architecture, including the setup and configuration of application server software and development tools.

• Lead design workshops and discussions with clients to explain system designs, analyze options, and facilitate the integration of the system.

• Guide the implementation team in planning and executing system design, configuration, acceptance tests, and rollout.

• Provide support during User Acceptance Tests.

Job Requirements


• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with substantial expertise in the design and implementation of application architecture for web-based or call center systems.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

• At least 4 years of experience in technical system architecture design and infrastructure integration, including network, storage, server virtualization, and backup solutions.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade application server software, application frameworks, and application development and deployment tools.
