Responsibilities of the Role Independently maintain and administer a portfolio of private client trust structures, including relationship management, administration, trust reviews and documentation Assist with the preparation of proposals to support business development initiatives within the department Assist with the set up of new trusts including drafting and review of trust deeds and related documents, opening bank accounts, coordinate incorporation and activation of underlying companies and documentation for injection of assets Work alongside prospective clients, external advisers, bankers and insurance intermediaries to assist in developing trust structuring solutions and effectively close new trusts and other business Attend to internal and external compliance requirements in relation to trusts under administration Ongoing administration work including maintenance of files, managing client data, invoicing and cash collection Qualification and Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant trust industry experience. Degree/diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Corporate Secretarial or related discipline preferred and ideally TEP qualified. Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills.
