Oracle ERP & Workflow Systems Analyst - J12393 Our client is a leading statutory infrastructure body, responsible for managing one of the world’s busiest and most critical infrastructure hubs. They are currently seeking a seasoned IT professional to join their Corporate Services team to drive efficiency through digital transformation. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in refining corporate workflows and delivering IT solutions that support critical airport billing and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) operations. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical vendors to ensure successful system delivery. Key Responsibilities Workflow Optimization: Study, refine, and implement corporate workflow opportunities to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. System Analysis & Design: Lead user requirement studies, system analysis, and solution design for key corporate initiatives. Project Delivery: Manage vendors, business partners, and contractors to ensure IT solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. ERP & Billing Focus: Explore and study IT opportunities specifically within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and airport billing operations. Support Leadership: Lead the support team in providing maintenance for corporate IT systems, including conducting research and feasibility studies. The Ideal Candidate Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in system support, development, and rollout. Core Tech Stack (Must Have): Hands‑on experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite and Oracle Procurement Cloud . Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle SOA. Experience with ServiceNow workflow implementation. Additional Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint, JavaEE, Oracle Database, MS SQL Server, and Agile Methodologies. Soft Skills: Strong business sense with the ability to assume a technical consultant leadership role. Language: Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese); Putonghua is an added advantage.
