Responsibilities Support to the team for comprehensive credit analysis to optimize the credit acceptance criteria and portfolio actions Participate in the development of scorecards/other models for acquisition or portfolio management in unsecured personal lending offered Support the development of the risk-based pricing models and conduct regular review and validation to ensure the model is fit for business growth Assist the enhancement in credit bureau analytics in both acquisition and portfolio management usage Assist to analyze and identify potential areas of improvement in credit loss, product offers, customer segments, credit procedures, portfolio management etc. Prepare periodic reports to monitor the portfolio performance, acquisition quality, product campaign, collection management, etc. Perform user acceptance tests on system enhancement Conduct Credit Assurance to identify and evaluate problems in underwriting process and review on credit assurance scope Requirements University degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Statistics or other related disciplines At least 3 years’ banking experience in Modeling, Risk Analytics and Credit Risk Management Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or any risk management related qualification is preferable Proficiency in SAS / R is required, with knowledge of VBA / Python is an advantage Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Credit Risk Officer This is a very rewarding and exciting opportunity.
