Location: Hong Kong (with occasional travel, if required) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Finance Consultant to lead a greenfield implementation project for a client in the airport hospitality or retail sector. This is a high‑impact role requiring strong domain knowledge, technical proficiency, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. The consultant will be responsible for conducting workshops, gathering business requirements, designing fit‑for‑purpose solutions, and driving successful end‑to‑end implementation. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate workshops with business users and stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional and non‑functional requirements. Re‑engineer business process to ease the business operations. Design comprehensive Dynamics 365 ERP solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices. Translate business requirements into system configurations, customizations, and integrations. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation and delivery of the designed solution. Demonstrate experience with scaling the solution across multiple countries and meeting the regulatory requirements. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across different phases of the ERP lifecycle. Provide expert advice and thought leadership in airport hospitality or retail operations within an ERP context. Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in end‑to‑end ERP implementations. At least 12+ years of experience in ERP consulting and deployments. Prior domain experience in airport hospitality, duty‑free retail, or travel‑related retail environments. Strong understanding of financials, procurement, inventory modules. Ability to document business processes, perform gap analysis, and deliver solution designs. Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project delivery model. Language & Communication Skills Fluent in English and either Cantonese or Mandarin. Able to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. Preferred Industry Background Airport hospitality (e.g., lounges, meet & assist, premium services, or non‑aeronautical services). Duty‑free or travel retail operations. Multi‑site retail or service‑based businesses. Soft Skills Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward overcoming challenges. Culturally adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
