Volunteer: Website Designer (Square Space) 3 days ago – Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Join a 30 minute meeting with the team to learn about what we do and what we're looking for. We'll give you access to the Square Space site, along with access to folders of images and assets. We’d love you to update the site based on what you think works best. Website design and Square Space experience essential. Requirements Website design and Square Space experience. Background The Impact Collective is a female‑founded, volunteer‑run not‑for‑profit dedicated to breaking barriers for women and girls through sport and physical activity. In 2025 we launched Hong Kong’s first women‑focused trail race, She Races, and built a fast‑growing community through She Runs, She Talks, and She Sails. What We Have Full access to our Square Space website (editor access only). Existing brand guidelines, colours, fonts, and imagery. All copy and content needed for each page (we can draft the text; you just need to place/format it). Photography from events plus approved stock images. A clear sitemap outlining which pages need creating, updating, or reorganising. A direct point of contact for quick decisions and questions. Why This Is Important Our website is the front door to everything we do—events, community programmes, partnerships, and impact. Updating it will help us: Clearly communicate our expanded 2026 mission and three‑pillar framework (Education, Opportunity, Activity/Impact). Showcase our events such as She Walks, She Bowls, Friday Sailing Sessions, Race Prep, and She Races. Provide a better experience for volunteers, participants, and sponsors. Demonstrate measurable social impact and attract new partners who want to support women and girls through sport. Build confidence, visibility, and accessibility for women who are just starting their journey into sport.
