About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinic Assistant / Clinic Manager to join our growing team at Supreme Ethics Medical Services Limited. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of our medical clinic located in Causeway Bay Wan Chai District. This is a crucial position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our healthcare facility. What you'll be doing Oversee administrative functions of clinics including patient scheduling, record keeping, medication and medical consumables inventory management. Providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring their satisfaction with the care they receive. Liaising with medical professionals and coordinating patient care to deliver seamless, high‑quality healthcare services. Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Manage and supervise clinic staff, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations, supervise and coordinate the work of all clinic staff. Analysing clinic performance data and making recommendations to improve efficiency and patient outcomes. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and quality of clinic operations. What we're looking for Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar clinic management or senior administrative role within the healthcare industry, experience in medical aesthetics is preferred. Strong understanding of medical office operations, including patient scheduling, medical records management, and inventory control. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, medical staff, and other stakeholders. Proficient in using relevant healthcare‑related software and technologies. Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
