Accountant / Finance Manager Location Hong Kong Summary We are looking for a skilled Accountant / Finance Manager to join the Hong Kong legal entity of our clients real estate holding company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and enhance the companys financial and tax functions in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in accounting finance and taxation within the Hong Kong jurisdiction. Responsibilities Develop and implement accounting and tax policies. Maintain accurate accounting and tax records in compliance with Hong Kong regulations. Monitor schedules payment deadlines obligations and settlements. Organize and manage electronic and original financial documents. Prepare and submit tax reports and supporting documentation. Conduct tax planning and monitor legislative updates. Liaise with external tax advisors and auditors. Assess and analyze tax and financial risks. Develop budgets, financial models and forecasts. Prepare monthly Plan vs. Actual reports for P&L and Cash Flow. Open and manage bank accounts. Maintain the register of invoices and payments. Process payments and download statements via online banking systems. Respond to bank inquiries and provide required documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance or Accounting. At least 5 years of professional experience in taxation, accounting, and finance. Strong knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP and the Hong Kong tax system. Proven analytical skills and experience in financial modeling. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and accounting software. Strong organizational skills, integrity, high sense of responsibility and a growth mindset. Fluency in English and Russian.
